NOTE: WE ARE A WORKING FACTORY, NOT A SALES ORGANIZATION. OUR OFFICE IS OPEN ONLY FOR OUR USUAL WORKING HOURS. SO PLEASE, IF WE ARE NOT HERE TO RECEIVE YOUR CALL, LEAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND WHEN YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR CALL TO BE RETURNED; ANY DAY OF THE WEEK OR WEEKEND, ANYTIME OF THE DAY OR EVENING.
We want you to be sure about the wood you choose. Before placing an order, please request a wood sample and specify either maple or cherry.
There are four ways to order TECH Designs furniture:
Shipping
Orders may be picked up at warehouse in Bridgeport, Connecticut, or they can be delivered to near destinations at nominal cost.
Orders can be shipped anywhere in continental US.

Time to Ship
Most items are in stock for shipment within three days. Items out of stock will be shipped within 8 weeks. Orders will be shipped complete unless we are notified that a partial shipment is desired. If delivery time is a concern, please contact us with the items of interest, and we will give you a date.

We accept payment by check, money order, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation
To cancel an order, please telephone or email us at tech-designs.com. No cancellation charge will be incurred. Cancellation cannot be accepted on orders already shipped.

Freight Damage
Freight damage occurs rarely because we take extreme care packaging our goods. However, it is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all shipments for freight damage. If you find that the merchandise has been damaged in transit, refuse the damaged items. Make the truck driver wait while you inspect, and do not sign off on the shipment until you are satisfied.

Guarantee
Contact us by telephone or at tech-designs.com within 30 days of shipment if you should wish to return any item. All returned merchandise must be received back to us in new and resalable condition. Please use all original packaging materials to ensure safe return. In the event of a return, shipping costs in both directions must be assumed by the purchaser. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer, and returned items will not be accepted freight collect.
